Taha’s legal career started in his home country covering Litigation and Corporate matter. He further took his career in KSA as a Legal Consultant, sharpening his legal skills more in research, drafting memorandum and review of international contracts including FIDIC agreements.

Taha continued to spread his legal experience in the gulf region and landed at MHLF as one of the Associates in litigation department. His career made a major leap as he handles disputes involving technical and complex issues of facts and opinion, requiring investigations and panel of experts.Such litigation cases were diversified in their nature and merits including but not limited to tenancy disputes, bank loans, financial claims, recognition, and enforcement of arbitral awards. He also acts as a Secretary to the tribunal for disputes filed in DIAC as well as mediator in solving financial disputes. His technical know-how paired with excellent legal skills and client management were significant factors for his promotion from Associate to Executive Associate.
