Ayesha is a Senior Associate in the Corporate department at Ramesh Aiman Advocates. During her employment with Ramesh Aiman Advocates, Ayesha has been actively involved in various aspects of the Firms’ practice and is a key member of the team as evidenced by her involvement in matters pertaining to Construction industry, Corporate advisory, Tenancy disputes, Employment matters, Family disputes, etc. Having done her Bar-at-Law, Ayesha is also well-versed in the English Law and is well cognizant of the English Civil and Criminal Procedure. During her employment in Malaysia, Ayesha honed her Legal Skills by working under the umbrella of some
well-established names in the Legal Sector. She undertook various roles ranging from a Legal Researcher to Legal Associate rendering her services in exchange of some valuable mentorship. Ayesha attained her Bar Qualification from Cardiff University in 2016 where she received comprehensive training in Civil and Criminal Advocacy, Legal Drafting, Legal Opinion Writing and the like. In addition to her Bar Qualification, Ayesha also possesses two Postgraduate Certificates i.e., a Diploma in International Arbitration and a Postgraduate Certificate in Oil & Gas.

Ayesha has obtained ample knowledge and experience in various fields of the UAE Law, with a focus on, corporate and commercial advisory, and matters concerning construction and real estate, employment, agency and franchising, family law, inheritance and disputes concerning various areas of law including without limitation, the aforementioned fields. In addition to being a member of the Corporate Department at Ramesh Aiman Advocates, Ayesha also works closely with the litigation team of the firm.
